PRINTING METHODS

Langke uses various printing methods to create custom designs and logos. Printing techniques include direct-to-garment, heat transfer, screen printing, digital printing, and sublimation. Each printing method is better suited to specific apparel items due to its strengths and weaknesses.

SILK SCREEN PRINT

It is a single-sided knitted fabric with evenly distributed loops on one side and a smooth surface on the other side. This structure gives the fabric good breathability and moisture absorption.

DIGITAL PRINTING

Digital printing uses computer-controlled printing equipment to restore digital patterns to clothing. Compared to traditional printing methods such as screen printing and heat transfer printing, it is more suitable for personalized, small batch, and high-precision printing needs

GLOW IN THE DARK PRINTING

Glow in the dark printing is a special printing process that integrates luminous powder into printing paste/ink and prints it on the surface of clothing to achieve the effect of "absorbing light and storing energy - emitting light in the dark"

FLOCK SCREEN PRINTING

Plush printing is a type of relief printing that feels similar to short plush and has a matte three-dimensional effect visually. It is a popular technique for creating a textured and luxurious look in clothing

PUFF PRINTING

Puff printing is the process of printing resin coating pigments containing foaming agents onto fabrics. The printed pattern will initiate bubbles, creating a relief effect.

HIGH-FREQUENCY EMBOSSING

High frequency printing is a process that uses high-frequency electromagnetic fields to generate heat through friction between molecules inside the material, and then applies pressure through a mold to achieve pattern fusion, transfer, or embossing
